LETTINGS MANAGER:
Our clients are looking for a Residential Lettings Manager, to join their team. To be a successful candidate, you will need to be an ambassador for the Company, must be extremely well presented, enthusiastic, confident, polite and possess first-class communication skills.
The successful candidate will need to be superbly organised, efficient, demonstrate great attention to detail and show a duty of care to both our clients and potential tenants in-keeping with the standards laid down by The Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am- 6pm
Summer Months -Monday 9:00am- 7pm (last hour on rota)
1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-2pm (Half a day off in lieu)
Salary: £35,000 per annum OTE £70,00 per annum
Duties
*Act promptly and professionally to any valuation enquiries, attend all market appraisals, send valuation letters and follow up as required.
*Build professional and long-lasting relationships with landlords, both current and those on the Landlord Prospecting Database.
*Maintain, improve and grow the Landlord Prospecting Database through targeted communication and in accordance with company guidelines
*Utilise the full suite of Manager Marketing tools that the company has created for Lettings Managers.
*Promote the success of every transaction using the Manager Marketing tools and in accordance with the Success Marketing obligations as set out by the company
*Assist the company's marketing department with centralised marketing activities as and when required.
*Monitor and target competitor stock, identifying properties that could be serviced by the office network.

*Full UK Driving License required
*Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential
*Ambitious, dynamic, and motivated.
*Strong at timekeeping and time management.
