Are you an organised, driven and professional individual, looking for an excellent new Property Manager position within a highly successful, West Essex estate agency?

Do you have a minimum of 1 years' current experience as a property manager, with full understanding of the processes and legislations?

Property Manager package:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, NO SATURDAYS!!!

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Loughton, West Essex

Property Manager duties:

* Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors

* Manage a portfolio of 140 properties

* Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors

* Renewing safety certifications and contracts

* Issuing section notices

* Organising third party check ins/outs and inventories

* Deposit dispute resolutions

To be a Property Manager, you need:

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* High attention to detail

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload

* Great problem-solving skills

* In depth understanding of property management processes

* CFP experience is beneficial
