Sales Administrator-2 years' experience minimum

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual, with a passion for helping others, looking for an administrative role within an established Estate Agency?

Do you have experience providing first-class administration support to a team of property professionals?

Location: East London

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6 pm

Salary: £30,000 to 35,000 per annum basic salary dependant on experience

NO SATURDAYS!!!

Day to day duties:

  • Supporting the sales team when required - taking calls, greeting clients

  • Carrying out Property Ownership checks

  • Sending terms of business & uploading completed documents

  • Dealing with sales memorandums

  • Uploading photos to property portals and sending to vendors for approval

  • Typing up property descriptions

  • Creating rotas for all offices

  • Helping with website queries

  • Providing general office support to the team

  • Providing support and training to Administration team

  • Some HR documentation support

About you:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload

* High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

* Enthusiastic and can-do attitude

* Ability to work well under pressure and consistently deliver high standards of work

* Successful property administration experience (at least 2 years)
