Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Walthamstow & Leyton

Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator. They want someone who is willing to take Estate Agency to the next level, learn be part of a team and be rewarded.

PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £16,000 to £20,000 pa (depending on experience- 1 year's negotiator experience required)

OTE: £25,000 - £35,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm with day off in lieu

PERSONAL CRITERIA:

* Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic

* Drive and determination

* A strong work ethic

* Excellent presentation and communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Full UK driving license & must have your own Car!

DUTIES:

* Arranging and undertaking viewings

* Negotiating and closing deals

* Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants

* Canvassing of new properties
