Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)

£20,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary, plus car allowance

OTE circa £45,000 to £70,000 per annum

* Working for a trustworthy and respected local independent estate agency, covering Epping and the surrounding areas

* Focusing strongly on providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction for all clients

* Working with an expert team of experienced local staff

* Offering the widest selection of homes in Epping as they have grown to be the longest established agent and one of the most successful in the area

Day to day duties:

* Identifying suitable properties for applicants

* Generating leads and delivering new instructions

* Maintaining regular contact with vendors and buyers

* Negotiating and closing deals between vendors and buyers

* Canvassing for new properties

* Carrying out viewings and market appraisals

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients

* Efficient problem-solver and high attention to detail

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload

* Excellent sales and negotiation skills

* Full UK driving licence
