Trainee Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent

Location: East Ham, London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6:30pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm

Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary plus car allowance, and OTE circa £35,000k - 60,000k

Day to day duties:

• Qualifying and registering potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties.

• Arranging appointments for viewings and valuations.

• Liaising with vendors and purchasers.

• Conducting valuations.

• Delivering the smooth progression of sales.

• Demonstrating the highest levels of customer service.

• Respond to leads from the website and relevant property portals

• Deal with telephone and email enquiries from buyers and sellers

• Booking and attending viewings

• Maintain regular contact with Buyers and Sellers

• Manage and update applicants on all properties

About you:

• Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential!)

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Confident and resilient.

• Self - Starter with a great track record!

• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure.

• Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Looking for progression!

• Genuine enthusiasm for the sales industry.
